I haven't read this book, but I love to collect books/magazines on creative cakes and cupcakes. I've never taken a decorating class so my skills are very basic and limited, but I love to create cakes and cup cakes for different parties that we have for the kids or for showers. It totally stresses me out to decorate a cake but at the same time it's an outlet...is that possible?

Don't let her humble comments fool you -- Kerry is AWESOME! Kerry has made many amazing cake and cupcake designs! The most impresssive of all, a HORSE HEAD for Brooke, complete with a wavy mane and darker and lighter colored icing for shadowing!

I am still kicking myself for not utilizing your mad skills for Joshua's 1st birthday... What in the world was I thinking that I (well, me and Jim) could do it ourselves?
Perhaps we could persuade you to do something for his 2nd birthday?

Same here...I'm a nut during the process but the end it's all worth it! Thinking about baking just makes me excited!
